Clipvale helps online stores turn product links, product assets, and campaign inputs into short social videos. By creating an account or using Clipvale, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including videos generated by your team or anyone using your access.
2. Product content
You are responsible for the product links, images, text, brand materials, and other inputs you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and to create videos from it.
3. Generated videos
Clipvale generates videos from your inputs and selected templates. You are responsible for reviewing each video before publishing it, including product claims, prices, promotions, legal notices, and advertising compliance in the markets where you use the video.
4. Plans, credits, and billing
Clipvale may offer free and paid plans with monthly video limits, watermark rules, and feature access. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider. You can cancel a paid subscription according to the billing settings available in your account.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Clipvale to create or distribute content that is illegal, misleading, harmful, infringing, abusive, or designed to bypass another service's rules. We may limit or suspend accounts that misuse the service.
6. Compliance
You remain responsible for following the laws, platform rules, and advertising requirements that apply to your business, products, and campaigns.
7. Service availability
We work to keep Clipvale reliable, but AI video generation, third-party services, or infrastructure may sometimes be delayed or unavailable. We may update, improve, or change the service over time.
8. Privacy and data security
We handle account, product, billing, and video data according to our Privacy Policy. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored directly by Clipvale.
